Leanne Fletcher, the founder and creative force behind our kitchen, grew up surrounded by the rich traditions of southern cooking. Her love for food started early, learning the art of baking from her beloved grandmother, Zenobia, whose recipes were as comforting as they were delicious. Those early lessons sparked a lifelong passion for creating meals that bring people together.

Since 2012, Leanne has worked with Big Herm’s Kitchen & Catering, refining her craft and growing her experience in preparing meals that delight both the palate and the heart. Her commitment to quality, flavor, and community has earned her a loyal following across Virginia.
